Quality Control:

MegaPhase's quality management system is registered to ISO 9001:2000 by EQA.  All products go through numerous mechanical and electrical inspections and will not be shipped until quality and conformance to customer specifications are assured.

All incoming cable assembly components are inspected using MegaPhase drawings for conformance. Every completed cable assembly's mechanical attributes are inspected before it is shipped. All cables are tested 100% for VSWR and Insertion Loss. The final test data taken for each assembly manufactured. Plotted data is available to customers upon request. All products have an unconditional 6-month warranty for workmanship and parts.
